Student Opportunities

We’re looking for registered psychotherapist qualifying student interns to join our fully virtual therapy practice. We create a safe, supportive space to grow as a therapist, explore different approaches, and feel empowered to learn from real client experiences.

What We’re Looking For

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) from CRPO

Student insurance

Eager to learn and grow

Vulnerable sector & clean criminal record check

Availability for 10 hours/week (mornings, afternoons, evenings)

Graduate student from Yorkville University in the MACP program

Mental health experience preferred but not mandatory

Appreciation for diverse perspectives and experiences

What We Offer

External supervision with an approved Yorkville supervisor

Resource library filled with therapy tools, literature, articles, and book recommendations

Free ongoing PESI courses

Maximum 2 students per trimester

Monthly site meetings with additional check-ins available anytime

Marketing support to help gain clients and meet practicum goals

Opportunity to continue with clients post-practicum if client wishes

Flexible schedule via our virtual Jane platform
